Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Most of our services are prepared individually for each client, and work starts soon after payment. This page sets out clearly when cancellation and refunds are possible.

1. Before work starts

If you cancel in writing before we start work, we refund the full amount within 14 days.

2. After work starts

Once work has started, we do not cancel or refund, because buyer, supplier and market research is prepared for you and cannot be offered to another client.

3. Full consultancy and supervision agreements

Cancellation is governed by the service agreement. Under our full consultancy agreement, either party may terminate without giving a reason during the first 2 months (trial period); monthly fees paid during this period are not refunded, as they cover services already provided.

4. Monthly services

Monthly services (for example Meta ads management) can be cancelled for the next month by written notice at least 7 days before that month starts. The fee for a month already started is not refunded, unless the quote or agreement states a different notice period.

5. Incomplete or incorrect delivery

If part of the scope in our quote is missing or a record is incorrect, tell us within 15 days of delivery. We will complete the missing part, correct the record or replace it. If we cannot deliver a significant part of the scope, we refund that part.

6. Meetings and sessions

Scheduled meetings and training sessions can be postponed once by written notice at least 48 hours in advance. Later cancellations, or not attending, count as a held session.

7. Consumers in Türkiye

If you buy as a consumer in Türkiye, the Turkish version (İptal, İade ve Cayma Koşulları) and the Distance Selling Agreement apply.
