Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms apply to the use of azakoglu.com and to the services provided by Azakoğlu. For full foreign trade consultancy and supervision services, the parties also sign a separate service agreement; if it differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.
1. Parties
- Azakoğlu: Alper Azakoğlu – Azakoğlu Online Danışmanlık ve Eğitim Merkezi, Sahabiye Mah. Mete Cad. Akçakaya İş Hanı No: 5/102, 38015 Kocasinan / Kayseri, Türkiye · Gevher Nesibe Tax Office 1270065539 · contact@azakoglu.com
- Client: any individual or company receiving a service from Azakoğlu.
- Delivered work: any buyer or supplier list, market research report, analysis or presentation prepared by Azakoğlu for a client.
2. Our services
Export and import consulting, buyer and supplier research using customs data, market research, digital marketing for exporters, sourcing and import supervision in Türkiye, and feasibility and investment consulting. The scope, price and delivery time of each service are set out on its page, in our quote or in the agreement.
3. Orders and payment
We send a written quote for each service. Payment is made by bank transfer or through the secure payment link of Türkiye Halk Bankası (Halköde) included in the quote; card details never reach us. Work starts when payment is received and we have the information we need (product, HS code, target countries, etc.).
4. Use of delivered work
Delivered work is prepared for you. The full rules are in our Research Delivery and Use Terms. In short, you may:
- Use it only for your own business (quotes, discussions, sales and purchasing).
- Not sell, rent, transfer or share it with third parties, whether paid or free, and not publish it. Sharing with your own staff and advisers for your business is allowed.
- Not copy it into a database or list offered to others.
When contacting people in delivered lists, you must:
- follow the commercial messaging and data protection rules of the recipient’s country (for example the GDPR and ePrivacy rules in the EU, CAN-SPAM in the US, Law No. 6563 and the Message Management System in Türkiye);
- give recipients an easy way to stop receiving messages;
- delete the details of anyone who asks to be removed and tell us about the request;
- not send bulk unsolicited messages (spam).
If we tell you that a company or person has asked to be removed from our research, you will also delete their details from your records.
5. Source and accuracy of data
Our research relies on customs and bill of lading records made available by foreign countries and on public company sources; Turkish customs data is not used. See Data Coverage and Sources. We check every company we deliver, but we are not responsible for errors in source records, later changes in company details or publication delays.
6. No guarantee of results
Our services do not guarantee any particular sales, orders, volumes or profit. We work with the care of a prudent merchant. Buying and selling decisions, product quality, delivery, payment collection and customs obligations remain the client’s responsibility. In supervision services, we monitor and report; the manufacturer remains responsible for production and quality.
7. Confidentiality
We do not share our clients’ trade secrets, such as costs, customer portfolios and strategic plans. We do not name a client or describe their project as a reference without written permission.
8. Cancellation and refunds
See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Intellectual property
Texts, design, images and logos on azakoglu.com belong to Azakoğlu. The client may use delivered work within the limits of section 4; our research methods and templates remain ours.
10. Use of the website
Automated bulk extraction of content, use of harmful software and sending unsolicited messages through our forms are prohibited. We are not responsible for the content of external links.
11. Personal data
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Subject to mandatory mediation rules, the courts and enforcement offices of Kayseri, Türkiye, have jurisdiction.
The Turkish version (Kullanım Koşulları) prevails in case of any difference.
