We work with real customs records, not estimates. These records show who sells the product you need, to which countries and how regularly. We choose the supplier on that basis, negotiate the terms on your behalf and calculate the cost of the goods up to your warehouse before you order.

Why records
The wrong supplier is the most expensive import mistake
Supplier websites and marketplaces show who wants to sell what. Customs records show who actually sells what.
Shipment records, not shop windows
We do not look at how a supplier presents itself, but at customs records: which countries it ships to, how much and how often. A manufacturer that ships regularly to large buyers can ship your order too.
Landed cost, not unit price
A low price can become expensive once freight, insurance, import duties and other charges are added. We compare suppliers by the cost of the goods arriving at your warehouse.

Logistics and shipment follow-up
We follow documents and shipment from production to loading and from loading to your warehouse, and report every step to you.

Whom it ships to, how much and how often, according to customs records.
Registration and activity
Legal name, founding date, address and whether it is active today.
Certificates
In whose name, for which product and until when the quality and product certificates are valid.
Samples and production
Evaluation of samples; the production area shown on a live video call.

How is the fee set?
By scope: supplier search for a single product, the whole process from samples to delivery, or ongoing support for regular imports? We listen to your needs and send a quote with scope, fee and timeline.
Which countries do you source from?
There is no sector or country limit. We see the manufacturers selling a product worldwide in the customs records of the buying countries. The 177 countries and 31 regions we cover: Data coverage and sources.
I want to buy from Türkiye. Which service fits?

Do you handle customs clearance?
No, we are not a customs broker. We check the regulations that apply to the product in advance and follow the process with your broker; your broker files the declaration.
Do you guarantee product quality?
No. The supplier manufactures the product and is responsible for its quality and conformity with the contract. We work to choose the right supplier and reduce the risk before you order.
Will my sourcing information stay confidential?
Yes. What you buy, from whom and at what price, your cost structure and your suppliers are never shared with third parties.
How do I pay?
By credit card, through the secure payment link in our quote; your card details never reach us. Taxes, if any, are stated in the quote.
