For every job, we first send a quote that states the scope, price and delivery time.
Secure card payment
By credit card, through the secure payment link in the quote. Your card details never reach us. Taxes, if any, are stated in the quote.
Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel in writing before we start, we refund the full amount within 14 days.
Monthly services
You can stop for the next month with written notice at least 7 days before that month starts.
