The platform’s payment systems or your bank’s payment gateway. We confirm which methods can be connected in your country before setup.
Shipping and zones
Shipping methods, zones and delivery fees for domestic or international sales.
Legal pages
Terms of sale, refund policy and privacy policy pages, prepared from templates for your lawyer to review for your country.
Product structure and training
Category and product structure, sample products uploaded, and one-to-one training on running the store.

Which platform
Shopify or PrestaShop?
The setup price is the same for both. We choose together, based on your product and your team.
Shopify
For those who do not want to deal with servers and maintenance. Cloud-based, fast and secure; suitable for multi-language and multi-currency sales. A monthly subscription is paid to the platform.
PrestaShop
For those who want full control and unlimited customisation. Open source; the store runs on your own server.

Shopify if you do not want to deal with technical work; PrestaShop if you want full control and customisation. We choose together on the first call, based on your product and budget. The setup price is the same for both.
Who owns the store?
You do. The store account, domain, products and customer data are in your name.
Can I connect my bank’s payment gateway?
It depends on the platform and the connection your bank offers. We check before setup and, if it cannot be connected, tell you the payment options that work for you.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the number of products and the payment connection; the delivery time is written in our quote.
How do I pay?
By credit card, through the secure payment link in our quote; your card details never reach us. Taxes, if any, are stated in the quote.
