A manufacturer proven by records
We do not rely on a catalogue or a marketplace profile. Customs records show which countries a factory ships to, how much and how often.

We help you link payments to milestones such as sample approval and pre-shipment inspection, so you do not pay the balance for goods nobody has seen.

Before the container is closed, we check quantity, packing, labels and the goods against the approved sample, and send you a report with photos.

Choose the whole process or only the steps you need; the quote covers only those.
Supplier search and verification
Manufacturers in Türkiye found in customs records and verified: registration, activity, shipment history and certificates.
Factory visit
We visit the factory in person: production line, capacity, working conditions and the people you will deal with.
Quote, proforma and contract
Price, delivery terms (Incoterms) and payment terms tied to inspections; we check the proforma invoice line by line.
Sample approval
The approved sample is sealed and photographed; it becomes the reference for production and inspection.
Production follow-up
We follow the production schedule and report progress with photos and videos, so delays show up early.
Pre-shipment inspection
Quantity, packing, labels, markings and a visual check against the approved sample; a written report with photos.
Loading supervision
Photos of loading and of the sealed container, with the seal number; coordination with the forwarder.
Export documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading checked against your order and your country’s requirements.
Not included
- Goods value, freight, insurance and import duties in your country
- Laboratory tests and third-party certification fees, if required
- Customs brokerage in Türkiye and in your country

If your question is not answered here, ask us on the first call or send a WhatsApp message.
Who pays you?
Only you, the buyer. We take no commission or fee from manufacturers, so our advice and our inspection reports have no other interest behind them. We act on your instructions and report only to you.
How is the fee set?
By scope: a single order or ongoing supervision, the number of suppliers and factory visits, and whether you need supplier search as well. We send a written quote with scope, fee and timeline.
Can you inspect an order with a supplier I already chose?
Yes. We can take on only the factory visit, production follow-up or pre-shipment inspection for a supplier you already work with.
Which products do you cover?
Products made by manufacturers in Türkiye. If a product needs laboratory testing or a certified inspection body, we tell you before the order and coordinate it.
Do you guarantee the quality of the goods?
No. We supervise; the manufacturer manufactures. Quality and conformity with the contract are the manufacturer’s responsibility. Our job is to find problems before you pay the balance and before the goods leave the factory.
How will I receive reports?
In English, by email, with photos and videos. You can also join a live video call from the factory.
How do I pay?
By credit card, through the secure payment link in our quote; your card details never reach us. Taxes, if any, are stated in the quote. Payments for the goods go directly from you to the manufacturer.
